Zero stars if I could Horrible customer service. Will accept you money but will ship whenever he feels like it. First order took 7 weeks to receive after payment posted. He claimed lost in mail then used the same tracking number to ship the product, meaning he never shipped it to begin with. Second order, gave him benefit of the doubt, has been in limbo for over three weeks and he is now non-communicative and refuses to send any updates or the new tracking number after giving me a bonus tracking number. Do not order from this company, or Smokers haven his other business.Review from David C.

My experience with this business has been horrible. I placed on order for one item on 21 October 2022 and received immediate email notification that my order was received and bank notification that the charge had been processed. At almost two weeks after the order had been placed I had received no further communication from the business, had not received the product, and my online account simply indicates that the order is in process. On or about 11/2/2022 I sent an inquiry using their on-line contact form, and as of 11/05 I have still not gotten any response. In my opinion, this business should be avoided....there is NO customer service.
