I bought a mattress last year, we were to have the delivery the following month but we were evacuated from our home and had to relocate because of a danger to our lives. Now I'm trying to get it delivered and they say they can't, there's a three month hold. And now they won't give me a refund for it, they only offer store credit but I cannot return to the city to buy anything!Business response

To whom it may concern
customer ******* ***** purchased 2 twin bunk beds and 4 twin mattresses on the date of 02/28/2022
the customer called us several times to extend the delivery .and know its been 11 months since the date of purchase .
The customer authorised the above merchandise to be ordered .
Customer signed and agreed to the terms of our policy that all sales are final- no refund- store credit only
