In the last week, I have called Motor Trike LLC, twice, each time I got a voice mail box, and have left messages . . getting No Response, I sent an email to each of two addresses listed on their website, asking for information about a Motor Trike kit manufactured by them, and installed on the 2006 Honda gold wing 1800 GL motorcycle [ A serial number was supplied] which I just purchased. The authorized dealer who installed the kit is unknown. The independent dealer, who sold me the trike had little knowledge or information about the vehicle. All that I am asking for is that Motor Trike LLC, supply the info/records for this kit!Business response

Hello,
I'm sorry but we do not have any email records tied to the provided email address to reference, I have attached screen grabs of email searches via both email addresses posted on our website (info@motortrike.com and tech@motortrike.com). Additionally, we do not have answering service or voicemail services in our facility; during non business hours there is no way for anyone to leave a message for our facility as a result (it would be helpful to know what phone number Mr. ******** has been using to see if it may be tied to one of our dealers and not our main facility).
Unfortunately the kit id (serial #) provided does not tie to anything in our current computer systems (however, if this is an older solid axle trike we may not have any records for this specific unit).
We have also send an email directly to the customers email address (via tech@motortrike.com) requesting pictures of the customers trike so that we can properly identify which of our kits is installed and requesting additional information as to what issues they are having/experiencing in order to see if we can assist or if they may be best suited to contact a Motor Trike dealer in their area to have the unit evaluated.Customer response

I just received an email informing me that my complaint with Motor Trike, Inc. had been transferred to you. The B B B in Texas has
already contacted Motor Trike, and they have already contacted me. The issue has been resolved. I have no idea why this issue was forwarded to you.
