I have had the best experience using this moving service. I was so nervous trying to find a company that would be reasonable and professional. ********* reached out to me and was so impressive with her customer service and so professional and gave me a great quote to move. Since then she has always been understanding of moving my move date and goes out of her way to help me understand the moving process. I highly recommend this company!

The moment I was was on the phone from the beginning Stephanie assisted me through the whole step. She answered all my questions and concerns. I spoke with **** which did the final estimate and same thing. Great customer service. I want to specially thank the 3 movers that worked so hard getting everything together, placing in the truck and then unloading to my new home. If I ever need to move they are my number 1 go to. You will not be disappointed.

Always 1 moving and storage is a scam! They quoted me a price of $3,700. Then when the movers arrived they held me hostage saying that my square footage was more and that they needed 10,700.00 to deliver my home from connnecticut to North Carolina. They gave me 24 hours to get to NC, they never showed up for 3 days! They stated the storage truck (which wasn’t a moving truck, it was a rental box truck) broke down and that they had to remove my belongings out of one truck into another truck. Once the 2nd truck arrived, all My belongings were either broken/ripped, stolen (jewelry) or missing. Every piece of furniture was damaged, every piece! Customer service had me fill out inventory list, and after 3 months waiting for an amount for damages and missing jewelry, they stated it was only worth $350.00. Please don’t utilize this company! They are scammers and no one physically works for the company, they are all subcontractors and don’t care about you and your belongings.

Great company. Picked up on time in NH and delivery was within 2 days in SC. ****** and his crew are very profesional and fast. Packed up my house in few hours and when delivered they set everything the way I wanted (also they help with a little design LOL) I would recomand this company to family and frieds

Would never use this company again. Overpriced and still have yet to receive my things when they were to be delivered 12/19.

We hired them for moving my parents from NY to Texas. They came and tried to over charge what was quoted to us and then told us that the stuff would be delivered in 7 to 13 days. I called after two weeks of not hearing back and I have been shuffled from department to department. No one can give me an update. Last I heard the truck was loaded Sunday but the agent keeps telling me they would call me by end of day but I still have not heard anything.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I am in my new home and still have not received my furniture. First complaint, the low price they give you is not accurate, expect it to be 1k more than what you’re quoted. Second, customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. You speak to one person, *****, who is the absolute most disrespectful human on planet earth. She literally told me to “Let her know when the hell I was done speaking” and also said “I’ll speak to you however I want” and hung up. She refuses to transfer me to a supervisor. It’s currently Monday, I was told my items would be here Saturday. When we had zero info Saturday we called, which ***** then said it would be Sunday. Nothing Sunday, no one contacted us so we called back, which then ***** said oh now it’s Monday. Well since today is Monday and we’re clearly upset as I have 2 small children with only what we could fit in our car at our new home… Now she’s back tracking saying this was prospective dates. Not once did she make it seem as if these dates were not set in stone. Now she’s saying it won’t be until Thursday. I will be in my new home 1 week by then with none of my stuff. I would literally sell all of your belongings and order new ones when you move. Amazon and Wayfair can deliver items sooner than this moving company will.

DO NOT INSULT YOURSELF TO DO BUSINESS WITH A BUNCH OF NOONES. THEY WILL DRAG YOU TO THEIR LEVEL. Like many people here, I trust the first guy that called me. I have specifically asked about the insurance and the contact person told me your belonging is insured up to 10k. I signed the contract over the phone and paid the initial price. When they came for pick up, they nagged on the price and increased it by $1200. Then at the drop-off, they said there were more than 7 stairs and charged me $150 more for the stairs (they already knew that the delivery was on the second floor and which apartment could be on the second floor and has 7 stairs, do the math). They delivered our stuff at 11 PM and immediately left. They tore up many heavy-duty boxes, broke items, and also chipped almost all wooden items. When we started unpacking, we realized our box of shoes was missing, worth almost $2000 shoes. We called them and informed them about it. We specifically asked them to find our box and we don't want any monetary compensation. After a month, they told us we could not find it for you and based on the contract, we would pay you 60 cents per pound and a box of shoes is going to be $36. I remind them of their agent's interpretation of the insurance involved here but they deny such conversation ever happened. I pressed them and we went and listened to the call. After they realized they told me a lie, they increased their offer to $300 for all the damages including the box of shoes, while $300 barely covers the rest of the damages. I have talked with a lawyer and I am going to take them to court. THEY ARE A FRAUD COMPANY AND I HAVE ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO SHOW THEM WHO THEY REALLY ARE.

I moved from NY to GA in September. I was lied to by the first person I spoke to, *****. I specifically asked if my belongings would be passed around like a football. He told me no. So the crew picked up my perfectly packed boxes from my 1 bedroom apartment in a large truck with an overhang, my stuff was delivered by some other guy in a 18 wheeler, YES an 18 wheeler pulls into my apartment complex blocking an entire row of residence cars. Broken was the leg off a brand new cabinet, a hole punched through the plastic and fabric of my box spring and a shelves and framed cracked on a ladder bookcase. My boxes looked like they had been through the war. Now I packed these boxes with bubble wrap and foam on all the fragile items (and boxes marked fragile, no negative space in any of the boxes. The amount of glass wear broken inside was ridiculous. I took pictures of all the damages and sent into claims, which I am currently waiting on.....HOWEVER the worst is yet to come. I unpack my bedroom items-clothes shoes and purses and something is missing. SOMEONE STOLE A LOUIS VUITTON purse that was packed in the LV dust bag. That box oddly was re-taped in movers tape (not my clear tape) and the tape was over the box ID label put on by the P/U crew (I have pictures) no other box were the ID tags covered. Thieves! I have the receipt for that purse and sent al the evidence in an email and I am yet to hear back. So they broke my stuff and stole from me. Do not use!!
