I signed up with JJs moving company for a move across the states to Las Vegas. I was made to pay almost $1000 3 times. Once for a deposit, pickup, and drop off. I payed for immediate delivery and not only were my things picked up late (9pm-12am) and off my time frame, they were dropped off after 37 days (25 business days, no holidays) which is well beyond what we agreed upon. My dresser was complete cracked, my desk fan in two. His employee said he’d replace them but will not return my phone calls or replace my items. I also did not sign the delivery paper as a statement of dissatisfaction and I was also not even given a paper to sign the day of pickup. They’re ignoring my calls and my boyfriends hoping we will go away. It’s disgusting that they would over charge me and perform terrible services.Business response

Regards, you all absolutely did provide me service, I even have your company number in contact with me, literally screenshots of payments made to ******** Cabus via cashapp, as well as documentation via our broker of your services. I’m quite shocked you would falsify that as well as everything else.Customer response

if you provided labor in Ohio and I paid you, sometime between Ohio and Vegas, my furniture was destroyed and not by my own hands. I paid ******** twice; for pickup and drop off so I’m not quite sure how it’s possible you would have nothing to do with the compensation for my belongings when you were paid for the services provided to me.

JJ Cabus was hired to complete a pack up on Dec 8th ,2021 and delivery on Dec 9th ,2021. The amount paid was $ 2,150 The service was completed, during the course of delivery a TV , furniture and fence was damaged. The owner of JJ Cabus Moving has failed to take corrective action and follow up despite multiple communications from the home owner. Promised of claims and fixes but lack of follow up and action.
