I had my car towed to Buckeye Muffler on 10/10/23 for a muffler which was hanging low on me. When I went in the next day to pick the car up after repair the next day, I noticed that my passenger door was halfway closed, and that door along with my driver side door was unlocked. When I looked in the car, I saw that some items had been moved around, and that my car charger was missing. I brought this to the attention of ******, the shop manager, and I asked her if my car had been locked the previous night, and she said that she did not lock the car, that the tow truck driver was supposed to do that. She insisted that he probably did not lock the car, so I decided to call him because I still had his number in my phone from when he called to pick up the car the day prior. With ****** as my witness, I called the driver, who told us that he did lock the car before he left the lot. I reminded ****** that my car was unlocked when I picked it up, which meant that she failed to lock it after it was pulled out after service. I told her that I was upset by this. I asked her if she could consider reimbursing me for my charger, but she said she did not think the owner would let her do that. I asked if I could have his number to speak to him, she said she would take my number and give it to him. ****** was rude to me on several occasions when I called to follow up on this, so i emailed the shop owner. He never responded, so I called the shop to ask if ****** gave the owner my number, and she said " He told me you emailed him, and told him I was rude to you. He is not interested in talking to you." She was right, because I never heard from him at all in regards to my concerns. On that first day of pick up, I asked ****** how she would feel if she were in my shoes, her reply was "I would be feeling like its 6:25 and I want to go home." Unacceptable! This shop has horrible customer service!! I spent almost $200, got my car stolen out of, and the shop would not even rectify this! Bad!

This customer has been trespassed from our property. He has harassed my employees and made numerous phone calls to the business harassing my employees. We have this particular person on camera rummaging through vehicles that cannot be locked or put inside. The Columbus police dept now has a report on file about this person and if caught on the property again will be immediately arrested.
