      Took my car in for no brakes and they claimed it was My engine that needed repair. Took their word for it. Quoted 3 thousand dollars and now they have my car, won't fix it or reach out to me.

      Do not purchase a vehicle from this place or get service done. Had service done on my engine and basically had problems since. Sale persons are friendly nice and wonderful, but the company should be shut down.

      Buyers beware!!!!! I purchased a 2014 Corvette with roughly 40,000 miles for $50,000After noticing the clutch was grinding on the test, drive and a rattle when turning a corner and the blown speakers, I brought this to their attention. the very next morning, since I bought this car in the dark notice that the two tires on the passenger side had large slices in the on the verge of popping. They claim they did a full inspection of the car also, the back brakes were than squeaking After getting them to agree to fix 2 tires They broke my brand new body kit. That I had just put on. And acted like they didn’t do it. Also, after they changed tires notice that the car was pulling extremely hard as the worn tires on the other side and not being same, after bringing this to their attention they charged me to replace the other two since the originals were discontinued and since the two tires, we’re off the passenger front and rear it wasn’t like it would ever ride without pulling. If they would actually inspected the vehicle. I would not be sitting here writing this horrible review I am extremely upset And got nothing but excuses from all the managers. Also, after looking at some of the other reviews on here of same. To say the least, I will never buy a car from here again! buyers beware these cars are not inspected and they will as they said, " we could have told you to drive on it for a couple weeks or a month and then had Warranty cover it so you would have to pay for it out of pocket.” Sounds like I need to call their warranty company as well to let them know their moral standings! Also I will be doing bbb and more I am infuriated! Also, when I finally pick my car up today, and they refused to pay for the other two tires to make my car ride straight to make matters worse, the rear quarter flares were ripped off one side and loose on the other I had just put these on before I took the car to them. After them taking so long, and being so upset, I decided to fix them myself.

      DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, they will give you a bs warranty and your battery will die 4 months after buying the car, yes the service department made me pay them $271 for their mistake, I’m paying $20,000 for this car and they couldn’t even change out the 4year old battery before they sold me the car. They claim they run diagnostics but I honestly don’t believe that ??????? because then you wanna tell me you can’t tell if a car battery is about to die?? Which is it? They will scam anyone, especially if you’re a young women because they feel they can take advantage of us. I will never recommend or come back after I pay off my car. If you wanna get robbed go to Twins Buick :) awful service and I will be reporting to BBB too. Absolutely disgusted with this Pyramid Scheme. Karma is swift.

      Not very happy with the service department took my 2015 jeep Cherokee on last Monday the December 5th the issue was no heat coming from passenger side vents come Wednesday the 7th I called to check on my truck for hours I tried calling and no one answer the phone when i finally got to some one the advisor name Stacy I was told that my issue was not covered under my extended warranty I hold her that it was that I read it so I went to pick up truck and had to pay 160.00 dollars after i got home I pulled the warranty out and read it again at this time i contacted the service manager name Mark explain to him what had taken place he told me that he would call me back after looking into the matter he did call me and Saturday the 10th and told me that the advisor Stacy had never contact the warranty dept about my claim and that it was under warranty he ask me to bring it back in i did and than some other issues they found need to be take care of i was able to get a rental car as a today the 17th i still haven't heard from them i have been calling for 2 days i was told it would be ready it just been a mess totally disappointed with the service I have received as of December the 17th i still dont have my truck disgusted

      Bought many cars in my lifetime, but I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in dealing with Twins GMC Sales. Tried to purchase a new truck that was advertised online. After investing much time to the process, I was told that Twins GMC "upper management" refused to sale the truck to me because I was out of state and would not be using their service ***** Also, since I qualified for the 0% financing offer that GMC Finance was offering, that they wouldn't make money there either. So basically, they said that they were reserving the sale of the truck for someone that they could make more money off of. Needless to say that I would never try to do business with this Dealership again, but maybe you should think twice before you invest any of your time with them.
