It's a waste of money to join this program. They treated me unfairly. ****** and ****** work together to fail me because I was tardy once and missed a day. They talk about personal issues and family with students in class and I just be sitting there in my mind I be like can you get to the lecture. All throughout the class, they talk about unnecessary things that doesn't correlate to learning phlebotomy course. The director and the instructor likes favoritism or are racist in class which is unacceptable and i am speaking up now. I am not scared of yall. They choose to give point to whoever. I remember one of the quizzes I took, I was the only one who passed one question and the rest of the student failed the question about the gtt and basal state hour of fasting. The students told the instructor that the instructor gave wrong information about the hour of fasting question before taking the quiz. The instructor went ahead to give all of the students 5 points which doesn't make any sense and the instructor said the answer is in the book. The instructor told all of the students they passed and didn't tell me if I pass or not. The instructor said I will know at the of the day. They are just so unfair. On the final exam, I did perfectly well but one or two students bruised my arm and the instructor kept quite and they passed those students. They purposely put us in a room where there is no camera for the exam. They change grades any how. And tell me I can't see the grade on the computer.

Your accusations are FALSE. An investigation by the *********************************** and School found no evidence of anything you are claiming to be true. We're sorry that you are disappointed that you failed the class as a result of your skills. You were given multiple opportunities to attend free tutoring sessions which you did not attend. Every student must pass a venipuncture final skills assessment to pass the class. You were given 2 testing chances and you failed both of them. The final grade that you given of an F is the grade that you earned.

Hello! We are happy to continue handling this matter with your daughter. Because all of our students are adults, we are not able to discuss their enrollments with anyone else, including family.
