I paid $115 approx. for video work. It was completed. I never received the video this was in July 2021. I have reached out inemail, phone, many different phone #'s *********** ******* said he sent me the video. He did not have my address so how could he have sent it? He had not email address for me. Then I received an email with an empty file.I never received my Ride Along Video video.Business response

To:
I received my video back from Chris of Hollywood Imagery and it was subpar
work. I've been waiting for this video since July. He left vital parts of
the videos shoot out and didn't implement the music throughout the video
like he agreed to do.
I would like a refund or for my video to be done properly.
