I had been very clear multiple times with the professionals at Affirmations that I needed to know when I was personally being charged when my insurance was not able to be charged. I was not notified I owed them anything until a balance of $800 occurred. I arranged a payment plan with the business of $30/month to fulfill the balance. What I was told is that they switched billing plans multiple times which messed up my payment plan. I was not notified at all when these changes occurred and this week I received a bill that is now over $1000. I had stopped all appointments as soon as I heard about the $800 build up August of last year. There is no reason for this bill to be so high. My account number with them is ********. After all of this disruption, unprofessional lack of communication and unnecessary charges, I should not have to pay them, truly if anything I should not owe them up to $800.Business response

The client's balance is based on billing insurance and insurance responding to the claims as a deductible, meaning remuneration is client's responsibility.
