Hello. I am a Ceasars Diamond Plus Reward Member. Eldorado Casino at Scioto Downs had posted a 10x Teir Multiplier from the dates of Aug 19 to Sept 2. I have attached a screen shot of the promotion off the Ceasars Rewards Website. I booked and paid for a hotel room to take advantage of this offer. When I arrived at the casino and swiped my players card at the promotions kiosk, I did not see any promotion for a 10x multiplier credit. I spoke with the floor manager at the time of my visit His name was ******. He indicated Ceasars would honor the 10x multiplier for my visit, since this is what was advertised in the large print. He was surprised as I was that the dates advertised were Aug 19, and not Aug 29, as the casino had intended. The next morning, the ad was still live. 2 days later, it was adjusted to read Aug 29 to Sept 3. My point is that I earned approx 725 Teir Credits on the 19th, which I was told by the casino manager on duty that they would honor the promotion of 10x. I was contacted by ***** *******, Sales and Marketing Manager via email. She asked for my phone number as she wanted to discuss the situation with me. I responded and let her know I was available to talk anytime. After three days and not hearing from *****, I called her directly. She explains some crap about not being able to honor the 10 times multiplier because it was a misprint. Indeed, if you clicked and read the fine print, it did say Aug 29 to Sept 2. Obviously, I did not click to read the fine print because I read the promotion was starting on Aug 19th. It is obvious this was a mistake in printing in the website. Unfortunately I responded to what I read and expected to earn the 10 times multiplier credit and spent money on a hotel, etc.. it seems like this is the definition of false advertising. I suppose if ***** did her job well she would’ve just surrendered and give me the 7500 Teir Score Credit in good faith for a loyal customer.Business response

Per business, the 10x multiplier was approved. It took some time because it had to be approved by a different department.Customer response
