My minor child ****** ******* received xrays ordered by Dr. ***** ** ********* at **** ***** ******** in Bellefontaine, OH for a sports related injury on 1-11-24. We have ********** ****
Riverside Radiology & International Associates (RRIA) has been billing us for 4 months now & ********** has never received a bill from RRIA. The only contact phone number listed on the bill is ###-###-####. Fully automated & the ********** office cannot reach anyone by using that number.
Our acct is ***************** Madden's bill was for the amount of $41. RRIA Billing address is ** *** **** **** ******* ****** ** *****. ********** has already received 2 grievance complaints from us, but are not able to reach RRIA billing office to take care of the bill. They have sent numerous requests to the provider requesting the claim too.
We have also provided the hospitals phone number to the insurance provider. Its now April 8, and I received another bill from RRIA today. It has not been resolved.

On 2/1/2022 I was hospitalized at ********* ****** ****** ******* until 2/8/2022. During this stay apparently, I had a radiology procedure done through Riverside Radiology. Riverside Radiology never sent the bill to my Medicare even though all my other bills related to this stay were submitted to my Medicare insurance. I began receiving bills from a collection agency on January 19th - never once did I receive a bill from the Riverside Radiology to provide me the opportunity provide my Medicare information. This facility should have contacted the hospital and collected my Medicare information OR contacted me with a request for my Medicare information to bill the charges correctly.Initial Complaint

Have received several bills from Riverside radiology for the following amounts 320, 298, and 320 totaling 938 dollars. Despite mailing copies of my wv Medicaid card so they can get paid these bills placed into collections. Cmre at ###-###-#### has my bills now. Why wasn't wv Medicaid billed? Why are these bills on all 3 of my credit reports.it appears I'm not the only one this has happened to. If you require additional info please callnme. I would love it if these charges are billed to Medicaid and these items removed from my credit reports.
