            Hello, I was sent to collection for no reason when I tried to rent apartment while the property manager knew I was using Hud voucher section 8. The property manager informed me it would take 2 months because the voucher was going to expire, so I had to find place as soon as possible. I notified the property manager, but then They have taken out of my account $900 without a proper able cause. When I went back to the property they have informed me a new company bought it. Now that my lease was up for the place I was renting and tried looking for a new a place they informed me I have a been sent to collections which is unfair because I never even rent an apartment from casto properties. I have been living here in this country long time and not once did I missed a payment. I need this to be disputed as soon as possible. The next step would be to get hold of my lawyer.

            Used to rent from Casto lived at one of their apartment, communities for 11+ years with no problems at all until last year I had one problem with one neighbor above me she smoked pot, played music all night, long banging on the floor they moved her to another apartment. Then they sold my current apartment complex. I tried to move to another apartment complex, owned by Casto. They will not rent to me because of the situation. When I was the complaining party, I would stay away from all Casto communities. They do not care about their residence. Terrible corporate and regional management.

            Brian, As discussed, this is not the reason why we did not approve your transfer. CASTO is always willing to evaluate resident concerns and take the appropriate action. There was more than one incident in your 12 years at Wexford Lakes. and your response and constant harassment of our staff is what led us to this decision. We wish you the best of luck, and hope that you can find a home that you truly enjoy.
