Both Doug’s were great to work with from start to finish. This is the biggest project I have had done and they did an amazing job on communication through out the whole project. The workers were very polite and respected my property and did an amazing job cleaning everything up.

Trying to select a company for new windows is a daunting process. My elderly mother was very uneasy and unsure about the entire process, but then we were fortunate enough to find Columbus Windows and Siding. Doug, the owner, not only consulted with us personally on the new windows, but helped us navigate a prior experience with another contractor that had gone sour. That showed us immediately the care and concern that Doug has for his customers. The pricing he gave us on the windows was competitive, and the service his company provided was absolutely excellent. The job was done on time, the quality of work was superb, and the site left cleaner than they found it. I wholeheartedly recommend Columbus Window and Siding to anyone that asks. Columbus windows and siding replaced all of our siding downspouts, gutters and shutters. They did a fantastic job and the owner Doug bond was very responsive. His crew worked hard and cleaned up the area every day while completing the job! The price point was reasonable and worth the quality of the job! Columbus Windows and Siding Company did an amazing job on our house! We had our roof, siding, windows, and gutters/downspouts all replaced by them. Doug B (owner) and Doug S (project manager) were very responsive and gave us step-by-step updates throughout the entirety of the project. Their teams did an incredible job, and no detail was left unfinished. We were also very impressed with how quickly they worked. They started the project at the end of August and were all done with this huge undertaking in mid-September. The quality of the products that they use is what drew us to them as a company. The Alside Mezzo Windows, Alside Ascend siding, and GAF Timberline HDZ roof shingles were exactly the look we were aiming for when updating our home. Very happy with the job. It was completed in two days. Daniel and his install team were very nice, timely, and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Columbus Windows & Siding Co. These people are very honest and sincere. They did exactly what they said would be done and the pricing is completely reasonable. They installed 12 windows inside in one day and finished the outside the next day. The installers were very professional and polite. I was very comfortable with them in my home. I have nothing but praises to give to Columbus Windows and Siding. I highly recommend their services. The price they quoted was very reasonable and they sent a professional crew. The job was completed in under three days. When the job was finished, you would have never known they were here as the property was left in pristine condition. There was not a nail or scrap of material anywhere. The house next door to us caught fire. The heat from the fire melted the siding off of our wall next to their home. There was nothing left on our outside wall but plywood and struts. We called Columbus Windows and Siding. The owner came out within the hour and evaluated the damage. He contacted our insurance company and provided them with the necessary documentation for the siding to be replaced on our entire home. Within twenty-four (24) hours, we had a signed contract. In addition, because of the damage to our home, he considered it an emergency and had a crew start work within a couple of days.
