I had an office visit 6/8/23. Requested several times to receive a bill in us mail. Finally received bill and paid promptly. Check cleared my acct 9/1/23.
Few months later received a bill again indicating still owed $100.00. Requested a copy of the cancelled check and sent to them as verification of the bill being settled already. Thought that resolved the issue.
Well just last week received another bill indicating I still owe for this office visit in 2023. I am in process of trying to get yet another copy of my cancelled payment from the bank.
In meantime have called the office each day ###-###-#### trying to speak with someone. The number states transferring to analyst but just rings into voice mail asking to leave a message and they will call back. Guess what no call back after multiple messages being left.
Not sure what else I can do!! FRUSTRATED AND POOR CUSOTMER SERVICE FOLLOW UP..
Want it resolved and definately do not want this ending up in collections or reporting against me in my credit.

I received a bill on March 19, 2022 for services from November and December of 2016. I called the office to inquire because my insurance company processed and paid their part in 2017 and we were billed and paid for our share. I asked to speak with the office manager and after holding for approx. 10 mins I was told she was with a patient. I explained that I no longer have this insurance, or work for this employer, and have no access to see if these are legitimate charges. Why are you billing me 6 years after the fact? She told me that they got a new billing company. I told her that I would not be paying this bill of $262.82 and that if there was a problem, they should have contacted me in a timely manner? She did offer if I paid half of the bill, she would remove the remainder. I replied that I'm not paying any of it. I 100% paid all bills they sent me. She also came back at the end of this conversation and said that they had mailed numerous bills to me for this, that is absolutely not true. I had no problem receiving any of the other bills they mailed and received this one dated February 24, 2022. I've been at this address for 28 years and have no trouble receiving my mail. She informed me that they would turn it over to collections. I asked for a return call from the office manager, ***** *******, but have not received that call yet.Customer response
