      I ordered a dump cart in mid December. In early March, the wheel came apart and the bearings came out. I contacted customer service, since it's still under warranty, and they sent me the part to fix it. It was the wrong part, I called and they sent another part, that part didn't fit. They requested a video showing what the issue is, and I sent them a video explaining what the issue is. So they sent me the same part they sent the first time. Which was still the wrong part. I was in contact with customer support this whole time, and the last I heard from them, was on March 27. She said she'd get back to me. She hasn't, it's been a week, and now they won't return my calls (you have to leave a voicemail), nor will they answer my emails. The cart was being used under accepted conditions. The wheel was faulty. I would like the correct wheel that goes on the cart, a new cart, or a refund. I can no longer trust them to send the right part.

      5.28.2024 KG called business spoke with ***************************. She asked if customer has received the correct part. If not could he provide a part number or model number of the part he needs. KG shared that consumer states in his complaint he forwarded a video showing problem showing what needs replaced. ****** was not aware of who spoke to him earlier but she wants to be sure she has the information needed to send the correct part.

      I am rejecting this response because: *************************** (the person who responded to this complaint) did not indicate how to contact her to resolve this issue. The only email and phone number available directs to ************************* the individual I was communicating with on this issue. I refuse to talk to her because she totally and completely blew me off. She quit answering my emails or returning my calls. She will not pay attention to what I am needing. She sent me the exact same wrong part two times, and the wrong part one other time, for a total of three. In summary, I am rejecting the response because this business is not giving me a reasonable, responsible and customary avenue to solve this issue. They just keep giving me the run around and/or blowing me off.

      I got a response from BBB, and it said there was a response from the business I have a complaint with, but I can't find the attached response. I haven't been contacted by the business either. The last message I got was that someone at the business contacted someone else to see if I had the right part. I also just now sent pictures of the wheel and cart that I have through your website. I don't think the .pdf file of the receipt went through, so I'm attaching it here. I still don't accept the resolution because there has not been one. I noticed a *************************** in the emails. I am more than happy to accept any email from him directly if he needs more information. What's funny is, I bought another cart from them because I need one badly and this is just taking too long to resolve. The only hardware store withing miles from here is down the road, and the Ohio Steel cart is all they have. I can provide that receipt also if that will help. I think at his point I would just like a refund on the first cart I bought. I think that would be easiest. *******

      I ordered a replacement part on 3/14/2023 Order # *****. They said to send a check because they could not receive a credit card payments online. So I mailed the check on 3/14/2023. They cashed the check of $44.94 on 3/24/2023. I have tried emailing and calling them and did not receive a answer. I have not received any information on my order as of 5/25/2023
