Please see attached Police report and Photos outlining the gross negligence and fraud committed by this company. I also noticed on your website that there is another complaint very similar to mine and I would like to be connected with this individual if possible. Thank you, ******

      Hi Kay,

The Insurance certificate is attached along with the disclaimer letter that accompanied with the claim denial notice.  I spoke to the Manager of the Insurance group on Thursday and let her know about the BBB complaint as well as the complaint made to the Ohio Department of Insurance.  She said she was going to evaluate the claim denial and would get back to me later this week.  Her name is ****** and you can transfer/request a call back from her by calling ****** ****** at ###-###-#### and referencing my claim number.

***** explained to me why the certificate attached is still in the name of the previous ownership group and provided the name of the current ownership ***** ****** Group LLC.  She also said she was going to attempt to contact the management company herself.

I cyber stalked the ownership group on Friday and made contact with the principle of the company through his current place of employment.  His name is ***** ******* (###-###-#### / *************@***********group.com).  I spoke to him on the phone Friday, and he was open to a resolution.  I told him that he needed to work through the BBB to get the complaint resolved but I would be willing to assist with communications need be.  He asked that I send him information on the incident, so I sent him the email attached this morning.  I also contacted the Insurance group and provided the manger with ****s’s contact information.

Seems like we are finally getting somewhere!  Please let me know if there is any additional information that you need.

      Thanks,

      ******

As I was looking for a secure place to store my work vehicle at the Briggs Self Storage lot. Through out the months that I parked my vehicle there on multiple occupations the I observed the gate was and stayed open. As I called about the issue, I was told that they were working on issues with the property. And that there had been problems with the gate. I let them know that I could store my vehicle there because it wasn't in my experience a secure location. I was then informed that I was required to give 30 days notice and that I was responsible for any fees. My understanding was that Briggs Self Storage was a secure lot and that was not my experience. There management company then threatened to report me if I didn't pay them. I will not use Briggs Self Storage again.

I'm reaching out my boyfriend and I purchased a storage unit from briggs road self storage. On the 20th we have tried since we purchased to get in contact with anyone that would be able to help. We went to look at the unit and place our personal belongings even we got there there was a lock on the unit it was LOCKED so we didn't want to do any wrong doing by taking the lock off in fear it might have someone stuff in it and we didn't have a lock to put on or hadn't even spoke to anyone to be able to let them know. So since the 20th we have tried calling so many times during business hours left voice-mail when were able to. Only to not receive a phone call back I've emaild the so called company all of the emails I've tried sending were not sent three due to the email not being valid or updated.
