The issue I will be referring to occurred on June 10th 2023. I booked an appointment for a tattoo over the phone and walked in at roughly 8 pm. I showed them the design I wanted and they accepted. The tattoo "artists" name is Coyote. Coyote does not speak English in the slightest but I was assured he can do whatever I like within the tattoo and provide a good experience. They print the stencil of the tattoo out and apply it to the location I desired. What became of the tattoo is significantly different then the stencil that was put on me. I was manipulated into paying and was told oh the lines here will fade and it'll look how you like soon. I paid 320 for this experience. A month or so later after my tattoo, I've noticed much much more wrongs with the ink and reached out to them to attempt to recieve a resolution. I was told the same "artist" can fix the tattoo. I declined and they attempted to persuade me. All of this is present on images of text. I was later called by a different tattoo artist in the company who claimed he will help me. After talking to him, I was told he would reach back out and fix my tattoo for me. Naturally he never called back and they never further tried to resolve the issue. I would like to be refunded of my money.Business response

Sir,
You were the worst client we have ever had. You were rude to the artist and staff in-person and on the phone. You went against all recommendations and told the artist what to do step by step with no art experience yourself. He did everything you asked including the request for no shading, as required by the design, and you left happy with your design the way you required him to tattoo it. Later you changed your mind and called threatening the shop with retaliation and proceeded to harass the shop with multiple reviews on multiple websites as multiple people. It has been over a year and I still remember the phone conversations clearly. I suggest you find a new shop, but please be kind and respectful to them as fellow humans, as opposed to how you treated all of us here.
We have a no refunds policy which you signed before the work began, and I stand by my crew that you have been banished from our establishment from any future assistance.

Furthermore since I was so rude over the phone and to the artist why would the artist agree to do my tattoo? Especially considering the fact that I went so late and they were going to close shop?
