bought 18 tickets from *********************** for the OHIO STATE v ********** game - paid upfront - told me he get the tickets for me no problem - never got the tickets - never got a refund and now he ghosted me - paid cash app and they wont help either - this is theftInitial Complaint

I purchased 2 parking passes and a total of 17 tickets to the OSU vs PSU football game on 10/21/23 from P*** J****** and Scarlet Events. I had 15 out of town guests coming in for the game and I was also hosting my client appreciation tailgate event for my business that Saturday at the game. In total, I paid P*** $2,675 months in advance so I could begin all of my planning. As the event drew closer I began asking when the parking passes and tickets would be delivered and he continued to assure me that they "were coming". The week of the game is started getting extremely nervous and he continued to assure me all was on track. The day BEFORE the game he finally fessed up to me and told me that his ticket suppliers had screwed him and he couldn't produce ANY of the items I had paid for. With 15 out of town guests and my client appreciation tailgate on the line in 24 hours, he PROMISED me that if I went online and purchased the tickets and parking passes at face value, he would reimburse me once his ticket vendors reimbursed him for the tickets they didn't supply him with. P*** is married to the cousin of a personal friend of mine, so I chose to trust him and believe him. I purchased the parking passes and 17 game tickets for a grad total of $8,560.19 to salvage the weekend and my business event. It has now been over 3 months of total BS, lies, delays and broken promises and I still have not been reimbursed 1 penny of the fortune that I spent. Not only am I over $11,000 in the hole but my mental health has suffered and so has my business as a direct result of this fraud and thief. He is a liar and a thief, plain and simple.Initial Complaint

I sent $800 to P*** for 2 (26AA Row 1) tickets to the M***** W***** concert for last Saturday. He asked to receive the money cashapp & did not deliver a receipt or the tickets. I had to buy tickets from someone else. I requested a refund & he denied it. This is THEFT!!! I also see he did this to someone else.Initial Complaint

P*** said he had connections and could 100% get me and my 6 friends tickets to the Pittsburgh show for Taylor Swift the Eras Tour on 6/16/23, and he was going to give them to us at face value and not charge a vendor fee. We sent P*** $2,100 through cash app on November 22. We received a receipt afterwards confirming we had bought tickets. Since then, he has done nothing but lie to us. One of us has been in contact almost every day and continued to be told tickets would be sent, then the date of “tickets in hand” continued to pass. We have now missed out on attending the show. Accommodations had to be cancelled because we still didn’t have tickets in hand.
