Took my truck in for an alignment. Instead they told me I needed a whole new front end I had just put struts and two ball joints on this truck. Anyways, I said to go ahead and do the work if it needed done to align my truck, they done the work then told me my truck was too big for their alignment rack never even told me that they did not align my truck and I would’ve never known except for my steering wheel being crooked anyways they just charged me for it. I had a friend working there that had told me what happened so when I started complaining and took my truck back to different times, they told me it was too big for their rack and sent me to another shop to get it aligned, this was the third vehicle. I had there all three vehicles never got fixed. One vehicle lasted one day and the heat shield started rattling again. I had also bought a van from them with the only deal they would fix the shaking. They had it four times could not fix the shaking told us we had to deal with it. They would not fix it because they think it might be electrical problem so now we got stuck with a van that does not drive that we paid good money for. This place is nothing but crooks that carry guns around all the time and I’m sure that’s because of all their bad business

I took my **** ***** ***** RL in to **** ***** Custom Auto Repair. He said he didn't have a lift to do the work. he said the main seal was leaking. He referred me to 2 Brothers, and told me they said they could replace rear main seal for $1052. I took it in to them on the 19th or 20th. They called and said it would be a little more, and I ended up paying $1532. To replace the rear main seal, they had to unbolt the transmission and slide it back to get to the seal, and my receipt says that. my receipt also says I was charged for transmission fluid.

I picked it up at closing on Wednesday. After I paid them, and began driving on the freeway, the car quit.  I was able to pull into the Sunoco on Hudson. I called them, and they sent a tow truck. It was about an hour later when the tow truck driver, ***** ******, came out, he and I checked for transmission fluid, and found none. ***** and I both took pictures on our phone of the dry dipstick. He took the car back to the 2 Brothers shop.

When I arrived in the morning, they had the car on the lift, and said it had fluid in it. They kept it for 2 days, then called **** ***** Custom Auto Repair to say they were returning it to him as he had delivered it to them.

I went to **** ***** to pick it up, but it would not move. I gave **** the keys saying it doesn't move. **** agreed they messed it up. **** called them and they wouldn't talk to him.

The cost of the repairs could be approximately $6000 for parts and labor.

I have made multiple calls to the shop, but they no longer take my calls.

The customer complaint is erroneous due in fact that the vehicle repair was in fact a sight unseen quote made to **** ***** another repair facility attempting a sublet job/repair. Mr. ***** both requested 2 Brothers Automotive to provide a quote and Mr. ***** delivered the vehicle to 2 Brothers Automotive Facility personally requesting 2 Brothers perform a rear main seal job on complainant's vehicle, who is also a business entity selling cars for profit as or like a USED AUTO dealer, not a consumer.  Prior to 2 Brothers Automotive performing the directed repair (meaning 2 Brothers Automotive did not diagnosis nor imply the operating standards of the vehicle in question only directed repair of what in fact THEY wanted performed) 2 Brothers Automotive noted an array of problems with this vehicle upon overall inspection key in point multiple other leaks present as well as transmission codes present and all fluids being very low. Technician notes states added almost 4 quarts of fluid to transmission as it did not register on stick, not discounting the fact the vehicle presented with previous transmission codes present upon delivery. This all being said all entities are businesses that are operating as for profit as such. 2 Brothers Automotive will be happy to provide all parties contact information to the State of Ohio Business Gateway to confirm other identities, EIN's and taxable information available.
