In September 2023, I contracted with this company to have several trees cut down, a tree trimmed and stumps removed. Joshua came to my property to complete the job, which he had to do in two separate trips. The first one resulted in the tree trimmed and trees cut down; however, he was unable to remove the stumps in the backyard and promised a return. He returned on September 18, 2023, but was unable to remove the stumps in the backyard. He promised that he would come out again and placed some weed killer stuff on it. Indicated it needed time to get to the roots and he would return. In good faith and in obvious poor judgement, I made complete payment on this day. I never heard from Joshua again and reached out on October 11, 2023. He indicated that he had family emergency and would be coming to complete the job; however, there has been NOTHING since that time and it's now November 29, 2023. I made unsuccessful attempts to contact company via email (returned as undeliverable) and phone call (disconnected). I would like to get partial refund for the services not completed.Business response

2.8.2024 BBB spoke with Scotty Johnson he said on 2.7.2027 he sent the consumer a $100.00 money order.Customer response

Hi,
This is to confirm that I did get money order delivered on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. I immediately notified the company.
I would like to note that post mark was stamped February 15, 2024 which appears to indicate it was mailed approximately a week after indicated.
