11/13/23 at 7:24 PM Talked and texted multiple times with Brian, set a date for him to come over but he wanted half of the $350.00 as a deposit so we sent him $175.00 through Venmo which I have the receipt for. Never showed, called or replied back to any of my texts. Now his phone says the voicemail is full and can't take any messages. The website says his address is **** ******** *** ******** ****2. We will be making a trip over to his house if this is not refunded.Business response

This customer has been refunded in full to his wife's account which is the account used to pay. This refund has been issued in full several days ago. I was I in a major accident. Sincerely, Brian Panel Pro ###-###-####Customer response

He asked us to pay $1450 upfront so he could purchase the TV and mounts before he started the work. I told him that was fine. So we paid him and he was supposed to come Saturday the 11th of November. He couldn’t show up because “the mother of his children was sick” so so he needed to get his kids. He asked if it was fine to come Monday. I said that’s fine. Monday comes around he was supposed to show up at 11Am didn’t show up. He calls us Monday and says sorry I was at another job much longer and it was 3PM and he was tired. So he asked if he could come Tuesday and I said that’s fine. Well Tuesday comes around and he’s stuck in traffic because of an accident. He was supposed to show up at 11 and supposedly sat in traffic for 7 hours and couldn’t come. Wednesday comes around he’s supposedly on his way an hour goes by from the time he said he was going to show up. This time he was supposedly in a wreck. We paid him up front and never got our money back. He said it takes 7 days to issue a refund which makes no sense since we sent it on ***** and it’s instant even with business accounts.Initial Complaint

Contacted through website for a quote to install/hang tv, talked to him numerous times by phone. Sent money to book appt and for equipent. Never showed on appt day or returned my calls or text. I left a bad review call the next day with an excuse ask me to take a ruby down rescheduled never showed again and now won't return text and when I call goes direct to voicemail saying not accepting calls at this time
