This place has terrible business practices. I made a deal on a vehicle on Friday and had an appointment to have it delivered on Monday after the bank issued me cashiers check. A few hours after this deal was made and the bank paperwork was complete, they sold the vehicle to someone else. They dont value the customer, they only value money. Buyer beware!

We bought a 2019 ***** ******* w 65k m w 30 day warranty. 3 days after buying the van while on the highway it completely stopped driving. Every light was flashing. I called to have them fix it. They gave me a loaner vehicle while they fixed it. They gave me an old and very dirty suv w trash in it w a check engine light on. A few days later they traded me a car that the trunk wouldnt latch and there was another light on the dash board. I drove the car n came back to the parking lot n tire was flat. This raised lots of concerned. I asked for my money back. I also asked to speak to someone in charge and they said they don’t speak to customers.. They were finally able to tell me they were fixing the van and I asked if they could give me a print out on what was being done to the van and they said we don’t do that. This raised more red flags. I said ok then can I talk to the mechanic about what is being done to the van and they said they can’t bc they speak Spanish. By this time I was getting really impatient and called again to check when the van was going to be ready bc the communication was so vague. When I called the service lady she handed the phone to the finance lady and she chewed me out on the phone. Literally wouldn’t let me speak and yelled at me bc she said they couldn’t work bc I called too many times that day. It was very dramatic and she was super manipulative. I think I called 3 or 4 times that day bc the communication wasn’t clear at all. It was really unprofessional! I finally got the van back and then 40 days after having the van more lights came on. My 30 day warranty was up so I ended up taking the van to the ***** dealer. $1500 later we got it fixed. The ***** dealer said there were several things unplugged n causing it problems.So I do not recommend buying anything from auto palace. They sell shiny nice looking cars to attract ppl but w not much integrity n how the vehicle actually runs. I really felt like I needed to warn ppl about this place.

I just got a car fork here and the second week driving it it broke down ! They had my car for over 2 more weeks and they keep pushing the dates back more and more !im missing out on money because I can’t make it to work there should be no reason why I freshly bought a car and it’s always messed up ! Customer service is terrible I kept calling everyday about an update and they told me they will give me a call back they never called back and I called everyday for a week straight and they told me the same thing they will call and never do ! Also they messed my finance papers up ! The paper they gave me stating my car note was this set monthly payment wasn’t the amount I was actually supposed to pay !

We drove over an hour to see this Expedition. Unfortunately the heat wasn’t working and there was a compartment door missing. We left and drove back to Cincinnati, looked at a nice Tahoe but before we made it half way ***** called to say the heat was fixed and they had ordered the part. We drove all the way back and purchased the Expedition. We arrived late but they stayed and took care of us. They were amazing, friendly and I would highly recommend them to everyone for their next used car!!

This company robs you blind.******** edits your pay if you dont have enough funds for the banks to cover the loan.And the ******************* up your rates until you literally cant afford life.You wanna know my honest opinion stay away a bunch of low life scammers looking to make money.Theyre there just to get a check and s**** everyones life up.******** is a rat and the owner is a joke.Watch these shady people.Profit loss gain is what they want.They want consumers to fail so they can make money off of you.They use very aggressive sales techniques especially the banks they use.Never go to auto palace they will make sure to f*** you over.And yeah they do something to all the sensors to make sure the car breaks down on you.They make sure they gain whatever they can take from you.I want to speak to the owner directly and let him know how much he has taken from me.Auto palace is a scam and will ruin your life and act like they want to help you please be careful.Dont shop with these dipshits
