Bullsh*t business practices. After more than a week arranging the auro loan details THROUGH THEM, texting the details back and forth with Maria, agreeing to the terms in writing, and then heading into the dealership (an hour from my home) with a cashier's check for the down payment...SUDDENLY I get a text, not even a phone call, to say "Sorry, another salesperson sold it." Didnt try to make things right with an offer on a similar vehicle, just an attitude like I was crazy for thinking this was a deal. I have it in writing! Some "family owned" business. No customer service or simply decent baseline professional behavior. Now I am concerned they are scamming personal information.

Good morning, we were always upfront with you about our whole process, we price our cars aggressively and they sell very quick. you had over a week to decide to purchase the car you wanted, but you wanted to think about it too much. we told you we do not hold cars or take deposits. we did try to call you to tell you the car was sold, but you did not pick up the phone so we texted you. If you want us to help you find a similar van for a similar price, we are happy to do that, but we will not accept you slandering our business and saying we did not call you when the vehicle sold and claiming we are scamming personal information. please call and ask to speak to the owner if you have any additional questions. thanks.Review from Robert B

I bought a 2014 **** focus. They said the car had no problems. I bought the car at 109, miles. It's sill at a 109,+ miles. I put maybe 20 miles on it. I bought February 2022. I need a new transmission for the car after 20 miles of use. A new transmission is over 3k.
