Dear Sirs, I have hosted for 20 years my website www.mehani.com in "ASP" format. The website was converted to wordpress without notification. Consequently I lost buisiness and my code was dele*** from the web server. I reques*** technical support on March 16, 2023 and again on May 4th, 2023 with reply or notification whatsmore the password to access the domain manager was changed without informing me denying me the possibility to redirect to another server. I hope you can help me with this issue as I amm being ignored. Thank you in advance *** *****Business response

Thank you for contacting us.
However, as a hosting company we feel that the request for help is misplaced. *** seems to have an issue with website design, code or security. In case of *** we are only providing a web hosting service, and all issues related to code should be addressed to the site designer. As a webhosting company which only recieved $60 per year from the client, with included domain registration included in the price- we are not in a position and have never promised to any of our clients to troubleshoot their code without any additional fees.
I hope our response clarifies the misunderstanding.

I am rejecting this response because: My Website has been running on asp and Microsoft mdb since 2003. It is now converted to a wordpress type site. It was done without notification and files including code were deleted from the server.
The response is not true I have a backup of my website and could restore it if they restore the website to asp and not php type. This is a change of the conditions and terms of the contract.

This company is holding my domain name hostage on their service and wont allow for me to have control over it. They took my money and will not reply to me anymore. The service they provide does not work what so ever and hasn't for about an year. This after I gave them business for 17 years. I have paid for service not received totaling to a amount of about $170. I need the domain name unlock and the authorization code (also known as an EPP code or transfer key) from the current registrar.Business response

Customer filed complaint because his concern was not addressed in a split second it was received, but a day and a half later. Refund has been issued in accordance with company policy.Customer response
