      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the lack of timely response and appropriate support I have experienced as a patient using your telehealth service.I have been a customer for the past month and have reached out to your chat and telehealth support regarding health concerns. Specifically, I contacted your team with medical questions and was left waiting for over five days before receiving any response. This delay directly resulted in the postponement of important medical testing that was critical for my health.Despite attempting to communicate through multiple channels, including chat and telehealth support, I did not receive the timely assistance that I was led to expect from your service. This negligence not only caused unnecessary stress and anxiety but also risked further complications to my health.I am seeking a full refund for the service, as I do not believe I received the standard of care and responsiveness promised.

      Thought about getting weight loss shots from this company because my insurance wouldnt approve it. A week ago they gave my friend half the price they gave me for the exact same order and honestly should they be prescribing medication to people they cant verify and who obviously lie to get prescribed?? Seems like a law suit waiting to happen, after they make all that money.

      If I could I would give zero stars. I have been a patient since April of 2024. I have spent ******* with IVIM. The last Bioboost order arrived with my medication shorted. I tried to call. **** not taking calls, the robot asks you to email or text. I emailed on 7/26. After back and forth the customer service agent ******, she quit replying and never gave me a solution to my shorted order. Then tried calling again, cannot get a human on the phone so I text through app. At this time I re explained everything to *********************** on 7/31. This is 6 days after original conversation. I asked to speak to management and that request was denied. She said give her a chance to fix this.Its now 8/2 and no response cant get through to a human on the phone lines again which is a continuing problem with ****. As a side note IVIM sells 3 month and a 1 month supply of the bioboost and out of 5 representatives not 1 could tell me the amount of biobost that is sold in each supply. They will take your money with zero clear explanation on the amount of injectable supplements you will receive. The last girl said the amount depends on what pharmacy who ships it. When I asked what ingredients were in the bioboost the representative couldn't answer that either. So they will sell supplements to customers but are unable to tell you what is in them. Im leaving out of the country for 3 months with out my supplements because of IVIM incompetence.

      Buyer beware. If you are already taking Semiglutide, they tell you will have enough medication for 3 months. However, that is not the case. I ended up being 2 months without meds while promised all 3 months as I was already taking the shots for 6 months with other supplier. They wanted to start me as if I had never taken it as the tiny vial would not be enough for the 3 months. I asked for a refund or the right amount of med and could not get it. They spammed me from the whole amount I needed for nearly $600. They are not who they say they are. Do not buy from them!!! I wasted more time trying to get this resolved and they did not honor the man I first spoke to, promised amount. Many other companies to choose from that are way more customer friendly.

      Customer service is terrible. It took way too long to have my product shipped. Please do not succumb to their promotions just to receive a lack of service. Transferring to ******.

      Customer service after they have received your money is non-existent. I was directed to discontinue use until my Dr gave approval due to some problems I was having. This was not a problem. I was immediately charged for membership but the shipment processing was slow late. Meanwhile while I was a member, without product or service. Waiting on resolution to my problem I went online to cancel upcoming membership fees but there was a notice that i would not be able to correspond through the app if i cancelled. I was then charged another months membership. I notified **** that I felt that since I was directed to temporarily discontinue use that I was at least owed my last membership refunded.
