Critter Removal was hired to remove a Skunk. They dropped a trap/cage off on a Monday afternoon. Then I notified them a squirrel was trapped that Friday. It chewed a hole through the cage. They came by and picked up the cage and never replaced it. Finally on the following Monday I called and told them I'd like to terminate their services, because I had no cage all weekend and nobody responded to me. I paid for something that I easily could of done. They brought no value to me whatsoever.Business response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I reach out to you via phone earlier and offered you a refund for the portion of the project paid as the goal is to not leave you dissatisfied. As to the specifics of trapping, per DNR regulations, we must deactivate traps for the weekend since they must be checked every 24 hours and we do not operate on weekends, only business days. Apologies if this was an oversight in communication, etc. Let us know if you have any further questions we can answer regarding this and we'll be happy to discuss. Thank you!
