We are very pleased with our metal roof installation. After our shingle roof was damaged in a tornado we decided to get it fixed with the metal replacement. American Metal Roofing came out, gave us an estimate, which we approved, and went to work. They finished the work in about 1-day including leaf-gards and new gutters. I would recommend American Roof Pros without hesitation.

We used this company for our new roof. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced. They were easy to deal with, they made sure everything was cleaned up after they were done and are a great bunch of people to deal with.

Had asphalt shingle installation done by this company. Job was started sooner than originally expected, finished in 2 days. Worked off insurance company estimate. Replaced as much roofing under shingles as needed. It cam out looking great..

We had metal siding done on a big barn. The metal material looked really sharp as siding an is very on trend. They also trimmed out the windows, hay door and soffits in white- the contrast to the grey siding looked great. So happy with the work and ***** and the team!

We booked a meeting with American Metal Roofing Company for yesterday at 12pm. We were assigned ************************* as the representative who would be coming to our home to provide us with a consultation and estimate. ***** happens to be the president of the company. AMR sent us 3 confirmation email reminders and 3 confirmation text reminders so we were hopeful that our representative would be timely. Instead, we were no showed. No call, text, or email to cancel or postpone the meeting either. This was definitely frustrating and wasteful of our time. Interestingly enough, I received an email today asking me to review my appointment yesterday and sign up for financing. I responded to the email voicing my complaint regarding being no showed without warning. ***** responded almost immediately with the following:Britney, I personally dropped the ball, I had a family emergency with my grandmother and was dealing with that and neglected to call you its my fault. This doesnt justify it, but is the truth. If we can help ever again please reach out! ************************* American Metal Roofing Now typically I can be sincere. I understand emergencies happen and am well aware that family emergencies can cause shock that would allow for someone to fail to cancel prior commitments. However, I don't appreciate the fact that it is public knowledge that ***** instead was in Hocking Hills for a retreat and made his locations known this weekend while misinformation was sent to me to make up for his lack of professional actions. I would have had much more respect for someone to be honest and say something such as "I apologize that appointments were not to be booked for such and such days due to employee time off." I DO NOT recommend working with this company because of dishonesty and poor communication. It also presents as a major red flag when the company president leaves himself positive reviews online and creates an excuse for every negative review. Do not trust them!
