When the technician conducted his inspection he dated he's seen nothing and if I seen the bug again to catch it and give him a call so he could identify the bug. I caught two different bugs put them in plastic sandwich bags as he instructed called him to inform him he showed up at my house unannounced the next day and identified only one of the bugs being a bed bug he gave me an estimate and informed me my landlord was willing to put me on a payment plan for his services. Services were to include initial treatment a 30-day follow-up treatment after the initial treatment and a 1-year warranty. He came on August 31st conducted the initial treatment he never returned for the 30-day follow-up or at all for that matter I've contacted him several times as well as sending him pictures of the bugs still being present he will tell me he's coming and never show up. I paid my landlord a total of $1, 175.50. on the invoice he submitted to my landlord and I received from my landlord he States upon his inspection he noticed the bugs on the bed frame and on the frame if that was the case why did he say he seen nothing and required me to catch the book
