I paid for a Crown and later found out I also needed a Root Canal. I was referred to a separate office and its cost an additional $300 so I asked to be refunded. They agreed to refund me but wont because I dont have the same debit card I paid with or offer to send check. When I call the office manager never calls back or has receptionist send me to voicemail.

In regards to *************************, the patient had a crown prep on date 12/7/2023. She had fractured the distal part of the tooth off. She was scheduled to get her crown seated in the new year when it came back from the lab. Patient ************************* came into the office on 1/3/2024 and presented with pain that is waking her up at night with tooth #**, hypersensitivity to cold. ************** recommended the patient get a root canal on tooth #** before cementing the crown permanently. ************** does not do molar root canals, so ******* was referred to an endodontist. The patient then called and was upset that she could not afford a root canal and a crown and wanted her money back for her crown that was already prepped and sent back from the lab. Normally, we do not refund a patient for services that have already been preformed. We agreed to refund the patient back for the crown but the patient will not receive her crown.   Our receptionist spoke to ******* on the phone and asked her for the same card she used to perform the refund. ******* said she did not have the card and she will call back. ******* called back and spoke to our receptionist and said she could not find the card she used. Our office told her that we can use any card for the refund then and the patient had to call back to get a card. The patient then never called us back and we have tried reaching out to her several times and have left her voicemails to refund her account.
