We got brakes done in January and are still having problems with the brakes we paid 500 bucks for the front brakes to be done and they gave us defects they squeel and we have been up there 2 times or 3 they told me they would have to charge me again for brakes to fix them unacceptable

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They can send the check to ************************* to address **** ********************************************************* and thank you we are greatful they want to resolve this so I can get the brakes on our vehicle fixed the right wayBusiness response

This is for a complaint ID ********. The customer that has submitted a complaint wasn't the person that was on file in our system. So we actually sent the check to ********** **** and we use the address that they originally had in the first claim for the contact information of **** ***** ******* *******
