My initial call to Behr Buildings( *****) is where I learned about Reliable Metal Buildings and their product offerings. Once my order was placed, the coordination of the original order to what arrived on sight was spot on. The product quality was exactly what I expected. More importantly, the installers professionalism, quality of work, and execution was outstanding. I was able to interact with ***** in the Pioneer, OH office who ensured the teamwork. It was an overall great experience. I would highly recommend both product and service!

Showed up on time, never stopped working until building was finished. Workmanship and quality were excellent. Building looks great.

I contacted ******************* at Behrs Buildings. She was recommended to by a contractor friend. My friend said she did him a solid job. Well he was right. I made a couple changes along the was and was extremely patient with me. I even made a change after the order was placed and she was able to make the change. ***** was extremely knowledgeable about the product. I thought the pricing was also very reasonable. The crew that installed the building also did an excellent job assembling the structure. I was extremely happy with the entire experience.

Well, let me inform you about my rating, this business, and a representative (***********************) with this business. Overall, when searching for a business to build a garage or structure, STEER AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AS OTHER REVIEWS WILL INFORM YOU!! Here's our story....We had a representative(***********************) come to the house and had design/quoted the building and put our first payment down. Now, after the representative (***********************) left we had discovered that we can get more for our money with going a different route with a much better building structure, so a week or so later we had messaged (called/texted/voicemailed) the representative (***********************) that came to our house to inform him that we were no longer interested in pursuing a purchase of a building with him and to cancel our order. Well, the representative (***********************) called me back the first time I had called, informed him and asked for our first payment back as the timeframe was only a week of the inital order, he then proceeded to hang up on me. I , then proceeded to call/text asking about the payment to be refunded, but was ignored by the representative (***********************). So, then I had called the business that manufacturers the buildings and their representative told me that the status of what to do about the first payment is up to the sales representative (***********************) to decide, so I called him back and yet again left a message/voicemail to call/text me back. Well, another two weeks went by, but the representative (***********************) never called me back, so I called the manufacturer of the buildings to have their representive relay my message to him, she did and he (***********************) finally texted me and I proceeded to ask again about my first payment to be refunded, but he stated no, even though only ONE WEEK HAD PASSED SINCE ORDERING THE BUILDING TO CANCEL THE *******

Heidi H*** was very helpful and great to work with in getting the job done! The installers also were impressive and we highly recommend contacting Heidi H*** with your project. Quality product for the price.

Their is really great company to work with. I had a great overall experience, from customer service to installation.
