      Event was cancelled over a month ago for the third time. They won't refund my money for Kiss.

The Wright State University Nutter Center is a rental facility. As a rental facility, we follow the refund process established by the event promoter. For the KISS event, Live Nation is the event promoter. Live Nation has a refund policy that if an event has been postponed for more than 60 daysand no rescheduled dates have been announced - a 30-day window for refunds will open at that time. The show postponed on Sun, October 17th. That 60 day mark will be Fri, December 17th. Customers who purchased tickets for the KISS event are able to take their tickets back to the place of purchase for a refund starting on Friday, December 17th. Since the tickets were purchased from the box office in person, the tickets will need to be taken back to the box office along with the original form of payment, if paid with a credit card. The refund will be provided back onto the same card in which the tickets were purchased. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2021/12/22) */ I went to Nutter Center today. They did not give me a refund on my credit card. They said they would issue me a check in about 30 days. So until I get my money back. This issue is not resolved. I have now wasted so much gas and time and effort with no results yet. Can you push their hand and expedite this? I told them U had already filed a complaint. Refunds can only be refunded to your credit card if you have the original form of payment. Without the original form of payment the policy is to issue your refund through a check. I apologize for the timeframe in getting this done. Please be assured that your refund will be processed. I understand your frustration and will follow up to ensure your refund is resolved. Consumer Response /* (4200, 14, 2022/01/05) */ Hello, It has been two weeks since I was at the Nutter Center, I still have not received the check they said they were sending. So until I actually receive a check this situation is not over. It should not take 30 days to write and mail a check. Especially since they would not accept my credit card and just give me a refund, which was linked to my account, but my card got hacked and I had to get a new one. Which was all I wanted to begin with.
