Went to get a remote start and front and rear dash cam installed. Ended up also getting new head unit, factory speakers replaced, two reverse cameras instilled, and tinted windows for a total of 3700$. 1300$ labor. I paid up front like a week or two before the date to do, which I had to pre arrange bc I have kids and have to find a ride to drop it off. The day I get my car back I point out 3 very clear parts of the car that wasn’t put back together correctly to which the manager replied we was busy it was probably overlooked.. damage to my steering column cover and broke a dash piece in two and used some stuff on the back to temporarily hold it together, the manager is acting like ?? happens and they ain’t doing anything about it. Since that day I’ve seen where instead of taking the time to run wires properly in two spots they skipped hiding it bc it was a bit more work. My back passenger door won’t unlock unless I repeatedly lock and unlock it with the lock on the door. They took the panel off to change speaker now something is binded preventing the lock from working. Sunday remote start quit working. Ended up being a hood latch thing they installed. They where “too busy” and overlooked tightening it down properly and just left it lose and flappy in the hole. They want me to bring it back in so “they can make it right”. I don’t feel that’s making ur right. I paid a premium price for mediocre work. If they were too busy and over looked and took short cuts the first time why would I bring it back? The manager says that’s all they will do, is fix what they shoulda done right the first time. Also they took off a lower panel and didn’t put the piece that holds it in back on(other side they didn’t touch is there). In the back there are 4 bolts d tie down rings. They removed one to take a panel off the to run wires and didn’t place it back on. I feel they owe me for broke/missing parts and my wasted time. I can fix what they didn’t do myself
