I wrote a complaint to corporate on their app on 9/25 because I was burned in the mouth after eating their rolled chicken tacos on 9/21/23. I had asked to be contacted and was never contacted. I tried calling customer service, but no answer. Taco Bell has never been responsive to complaints, but since I was hurt by the temperature of the food, I was upset enough to file this complaint. I did not need to receive medical treatment, but was uncomfortable for several days and my gum bled, tongue was burned also.Business response

This product is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees per the brand standard of food safety. There is a warning on the bag concerning potential temperature/ heat. We will contact this customer to resolve

I am rejecting this response because:
The packages given to customers containing the rolled chicken tacos do not warn customers of potential heat related issues and are in a plan brown bag. Please repackage the food with proper warnings about the heat related issues. It is best to tear the rolled chicken tacos in half instead of biting into them to let the heat dissipate.Sincerely,
