ON Jan 13 2022 they came out and put a new roof on my house and replaced alot of boards as well. I pd $13559. Today it is raining in my living room. I expect someone over there to fix the roof IMMEDIATELY and to go into the attic and check for other leaks as well. It is leaking directly over my ceiling fan so I am not turning that on and expect it may need replaced.. And my husband stated he saw the lights flicker so i am wondering if it is leaking over another ceiling fan of light fixture. I am beyond livid.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/23) */ We went out the same day she called in with the complaint we had found that in her attic there was a bathroom blowing a lot of moist air into the attic and the heating system was detached and blowing warm air up into the attic which causes condensation we believe this was the source of the moisture we did inspect the roof, and did not find any issues. If she continues to have any problems concerning the roof we are happy to address them she made this complaint shortly after calling us We have pictures that we can send of the inside of her attic, but cannot attach in this reply.
