I ordered a product online for $118, when I arrived to pick the product up, I was told I could not get it for that price but I could get it for $160. Or I could take a lesser quality product at a cheaper price.Initial Complaint

2-18-24 had a curb side order, my car wouldnt start in the cold so asked friends to take me, was not feeling well so did not look in the bag. i ordered 4 items and got 3.. i called to tell them about their mistake and SARAs only answer to me was that they would TRY to find time to review the tapes. i am out 24 bucks plus tax for peanut butter chocolate edibles. This is the 2nd time a few months they messed up and REFUSED to fix it the first time by store manager Michelle. she said i clicked on it even tho it was not the product i thought i was buying. she refused to take it back or refund my money or even do a trade. i ended up tossing the product cuz it tasted soo nasty and i did not want it. cuz i did not order it. THEY did away with the DOUBLE CHECK to make sure customers were gettng the right stuff, but they do not honor their mistakes... EVER!!!! it used to be a great place when it first open. but not any more! everyone is HIGH while working. they mess up the orders then refuse to make it right.
