I have filed several maintenance requests about the same issue since last year and nobody ever came to fix it. It is a busted water pipe from the main water line. I recently had to have it shut off 4 days ago. Property Management called Saturday saying they'll get someone on and it and nobody came. I try to call them but it goes straight to voicemail and I hardly ever hear from them. I feel if they are running a business that manages properties in a large area, they should have plenty of maintenance men to cover the problems. I know most complaints can be petty things, but a busted water pipe isn't one of them. I have pets, my stepdaughter which has a 2 month old, and others that need water as well. I pay too much for rent for them to not come fix something like a water pipe.Initial Complaint

Was going to lease a property with this landlord. The landlord made me feel uncomfortable so I decided not to rent with them. I was told when I gave the money for deposit that if anything happened I would get it all back. I signed no lease and or any binding contract to hold me to this property , I contacted several times without any commun on their part I finally got a response and they only want to give me 400 of my 1000 dollars , I was to sign a lease on April 1 but I never did. I asked for my money back and they won’t stop saying they will only give me 400 it is illegal to hold my money when I signed no lease or contract and did not rent their house.Customer response

Yea they have called me three times. They want to only give me 400 dollars out of the 1000 I paid. That is wrong to me , I did not sign a lease nor have any binding contract with this company. I chose not to live with there property because they made me uncomfortable and had some pretty bad reviews. They refuse to pay me anything more then 400 dollars. I have a saved voicemail screen shot of the merchant stating that if I didn’t want to accept the 400 then they would leave it in the hands of whatever my bank wanted to do. My bank is not a traditional bank so they have had me waiting since April. I just want my money back
