We really enjoyed working with Young to get our new house. She has been very helpful in giving us her honest advice and was always very responsive. The whole process could not have been so smooth without her. She is such a pleasant person to talking to! Young went above and beyond. Our dream home came on the market before we were officially going to start viewing houses AND while she was in Korea. After just a few phone calls, she got the ball rolling. We communicated via phone (with Young getting up VERY early sometimes) until she was back in the states. Despite the difference in time zones the whole process from viewing the home to negotiating the contract to the home inspection to financing went smoothly. We got our dream home!
