Called to talk about a service they did with my husband that was not needed. The lady answered the phone ready to fight. I just wanted to talk about it. She was so rude. Her words, "it's only $25 dollars hardly any money." I consider $25 to be a lot of money. She told me if I thought is was too much money I don't need to return to them. I just wanted to clarify why they did a cataract screening which was billed to medical insurance and cost an extra copay. He was only there to get a new prescription because he lost his glasses. He did not need the screening. They flustered him while he was there. He ended up leaving without glasses. He did get the prescription so we will be getting glasses elsewhere.

Buyer beware. My coatings were delaminating on my glasses, granted they are two years old. I took them in but the lady at the counter said what i have is scratches and did not even bother to take and look at them. Said it was my fault because I did not use a micro cloth to clean. I understand scratches may occur but NOT delamination. I know the difference. Was shocked they did not offer even to get something new or to at least investigate. Very poor customer service. I will be shopping elsewhere.

I really never intended to even think about the Vision Care at Pearl Vision in Miamisburg Ohio again and consider it a bad experience and cut my dollar loss plus all the other negatives I experienced, including the Eye Doctor that gave me the feeling she really wasn't all that concerned about my needs, she hardly even spoke to me. My Davis Pension Insurance coverage allows for once-a-year eyeglasses or contacts paid in full with the exception of paying for contacts. of which I'm responsible, I have always worn contacts for thirty plus years. I was going out to check on the procedure and fill out my insurance for when I was told I owed Ninety dollars, that is when all the confusion started coming from the sales rep about the type of exam I received. They absolutely did not have a clue about explaining my coverages for which service I requested, I was told I owed ninety dollars, shortly after which the receptionist said there was no check box on the Davis Insurance form for them to even submit my claim, I called Davis and spoke to a Supervisor who told me that is absolutely not true and my account was fully active, in order to end the situation I was presented with I paid the Ninety dollars leaving in total confusion with no contact lenses or ordering glasses for what I presumed the exam was for, I called the manager the next day who agreed to refund me fifty dollars of my ninety but He called me back in twenty minutes and re-nigged on the refund. The whole scenario was the worst example of Customer service I have ever experienced , I have worked over 20 years dealing with the public and training employees especially in customer service We hire at the concert venue here in town I work at and never have I seen such a pathetic example of a business dealing in such a way. I had pretty much count my losses from the whole situation until I received my bank statement from the past month and the loss of that $90 ,what a terrible experience ,Thank You..

I went to the Miamisburg location which used to be an EyeMart. I had no idea there was a buyout of the business and complete restructuring of the pricing before making an appointment for myself and my child. After realizing it was now a Pearl Vision I asked about what my insurance covered and pricing. The new rates for exams were higher, only the general eye exam was covered by insurance (as an EyeMart, my lenses were also covered as long as they weren't speciality), and tge cost for frames was double. Overall, as EyeMart I could get affordable glasses for myself and child for roughly $200-$225 after tax, today it was over $500. That's ridiculous. But the kicker is that the glasses will now take 2 weeks to come in. If I had opted for the antireflective lenses they could have been done today but each pair would have been $200 more dollars. Again, absurd. This is nothing against the actual staff, they were helpful, friendly and professional. It's the backend price hikes and lack of transparency as a corporation I don't like. No pricing on the frames or any wall fixtures. No signs with pricing, no brochures etc. You don't even realize the changes til its time to check out.

Been waiting 4 months for a pair of glasses that I paid for 500.00 they don't do refunds an can't explain why I can't get my order, want answer the phone half the time I've called everyday for months. I'm out this money an really couldn't afford it. Shame on this business. I can only imagine the elderly getting taken to the cleaners by this people. Don't go here I used the Beavercreek location in Fairfield it's beyond horrible.
