I went to YR auto sales in Dayton Ohio in March 2022 after being interested in a car that I had seen on ********* The next day he responded to me about seeing the Hyundai and said I could come after 10:30 a.m. I arrived at YR auto sales at 11:00 a.m. When arriving I had to wait on the man to get to the location. When he arrived he gave me the keys to test drive the Hyundai. When turning on the car I noticed the engine light on. I informed the man about the engine light being on and explained to him no longer wanted that car as a choice. I asked him if he had any other cars available in the price range I was looking for. He stated that he only had a maroon 4 door Honda that he just received from a neighbor that was older in age. He insisted that I test drive it because I would love it and we would talk about price when I get done test driving. After getting back driving I told him that I liked the car and wanted to talk about the price. He stated that he would do $6,000 with the exception of waiting for the remaining $1,200 the next month. I told him that was fine with me. A couple days after buying car the man called me and stated that I only gave him $4,000 instead of $5,000. I told him that there was no way because he counted the money in front of me and I counted the money before leaving the house for the day to go look for cars. He said that when he gave his father the money for the car days later his father said $1,000 was missing. He offered to give me $4,000 back for the car and I said no. After telling him I didn’t want the refund of $4,000 because I gave him $5,000 he did not communicate with me until I texted him on April 2nd,2022 asking if we were going to meet at license bureau to pay the rest. He said no because he wanted me to pay $2,200 instead of $1,200 even though in the contract it states I gave him $5,000 and I owe $1,568 (which isn’t correct) he repoed my car last night at 6:00 a.m. now he’s saying I have to pay lates plus repo fees to get my carInitial Complaint

I made a down payment, then paid the truck off to receive it. It has been 47 days and I still do not have my title to my truck. As well as the truck wasn't even in his company name until 43 days after I bought it. He switched the title to himself instead of me.Initial Complaint

I’ve purchased a vehicle from this business for the engine to seize within 24hours. I contacted the owner for a resolution he was very rude, not helpful and didn’t want to reimburse nor supply me with a new vehicle
