I have paid $25000 (on 19.12.2022) for a package that should have included the creation of an Amazon Business. I signed a contract which described the business, the company mentioned above should have had created an Amazon account and sell items online, take care of the account, inventory, marketing, ecc and when the profit would have been reached, it would have been split: 70% for me and 30% for Ecommerce Business Builders LLC. The contract included the agreement that if in 18 months there is no profit that equals the invested sum of money, they would return the investment. They started working at this "business" after 6 months, always finding various excuses. They only tried twice in 18 months to add inventory to this store. They provided invoices and I have invested other $5000 in products that have not reached that store. The owner, **** ******* , always came with excuses (holiday, lost inventory, no providers, office moves ecc) and provided different options as Shopify store (they created but never worked, couldnt be accessed), Tik Tok Store, Walmart Store, but I never wanted the creation of these as it was not part of my contract. Fast forward 18 months passed, not only that I have invested my money and I am a stay at home mom that has to maintain 2 kids, I have contacted the company and the owner promised refunds he never made. This company had only the interest to take my money and take advantage of the fact that I am not in United States so that they can scam me. I have not made any profit, my Amazon account is now blocked because they refuse to provide documentation of the products they have sold and I do not know how to recover my investment.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The investment was done 19 months ago, I have received many promises of refund, payments, business changes but nothing was concluded.
My Amazon account is deactivated and the little funds I had blocked.
I have not received any update from my attorney that an agreement has been made, so I cannot be happy with the response that Ecommerce Business Builders provided.
