      I am going to put 1 stars for now. The gentleman we were dealing with before we purchased this set was amazing. The gentleman we purchased with was only trying to make a sale plus Not only that but outside smoking weed right in front of the entrance door and couldnt get his answers correctly. Nothing against weed but do that in your personal time. So them two men should not even receive a star. If AMERICAN FREIGHT will fix the issue then I will redo my review. I purchased a $2500 Reclining Couch, Reclining loveseat and the matching recliner not even 2 weeks ago here in ******************. My issue is I want to return all of it and purchase something else. I dont want my money back just want them to trade it out. Reason being is once we put it all togather the foot recliner on almost ever seat will not go done. Noticed the slide on end piece are loose. One of the arm rest does not have wooden support like all the other ones. I did not purchase their warranty because I knew they would not fix things that the warranty stated it was but there has to be some kind of return policy or something considering I bought it 2 weeks ago. The first time I purchased a couch set from them back in 2021 was great but this is unacceptable. I would appreciate if someone would get ahold of me to have this matter corrected.

      Do not; I repeat,do not buy any large appliance!!! The delivery guy didnt know what he was doing!!! Cant use my water dispenser; I leaks in front of door!! Fighting to get someone to come out and making this right

      I would give them zero stars if I could. We purchased the warranty on our couches and chaise. All 3 pieces have broken and we have filed multiple claims. They gave us the runaround until we were beyond our 1 year manufacturer warranty date and now they keep denying our claims even though we purchased the extended warranty. Worst company and customer service ever!!!!

      I was completely lied to when we bought our sectional! We paid 150$ for warranty that covers NOTHING! We were told the warranty covers everything from pet accidents, pet scratches, pet soils, pet eats it lol BUT seriously! *** told us a "true story" about a couple an their pet but it was all lies to get my 150$!!! Don't be like me and fall for the lies and waste 150$ some people don't have the extra money to spend on lies!!!

      Visited the store in ***********, ******* on Friday evening. The staff was very friendly and patient with my children. They explained the different ways to acquire financing and protection plans. We will definitely found really nice furniture for reasonable prices. Thank you ***** and coworkers.

      Went to the Ocala store and it was great. If you go ask for **** ** is the best around. ****** also really helped load up the truck.

      Purchased a mattress set which lost its shape the first week. I receive no help in replacing these items. I have made several complaints with no resolve. I am on an automatic payment weekly for a faulty product. my only option is to go to my bank and stop automatic payments, with hope someone will help me with my problem. i was rudely hung up on by the manager ******** thank you ********* ********

      This American Freight company and their warranty company (Assurant) have very poor customer service. I have been trying since July, this year, to have my sectional repaired or replaced. They sent out a furniture inspector who said the workmanship on the sectional was not good. He took pictures and showed me where the wood going across the front was broken. He stated the spot where it collapsed is indicative of poor workmanship. The inspector further stated Assurant may want them to take the section and repair it at their shop but it would be more cost effective to replace it. He stated I should hear back in three days. It has been three months. I have contacted Assurant customer service many times. At first, they could not locate when the inspector came out. After locating the appointment and photos he submitted to them, they told me they were going to escalate the issue. I have been sending reminder emails abd making repeated telephone calls ever since. The last email submitted on October 5, *********************************************************** my living room. No response.This is not the service "sold" to me the day I purchased the sectional and the warranty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing an item from American Freight and/or purchasing the hyped up warranty. What good is any of it, if you cannot get in contact with those responsible for the items purchased?The claim number associated with this issue is (C222460).

      The worst company Ive ever dealt with was told my refrigerator was going to be here on a certain day and to make sure my old one was out that fridge never showed up was told it be here the following day and Im being told it has yet been assigned to driver all my food from having to sit on a counter, I will never purchase this place again. This place needs to be shut down. I dont care about your third-party delivery service that is on yall not the customer.
