Domino’s running free emergency pizza on TV, send me emails for free pizza. But I can never cash it. Tried many times. Al you got is “ you cannot use this coupon at this time “Initial Complaint

I have been ordering food from Domino’s since like 2013 or prior, so when I was like 13 years old. I recently moved from northeast Ohio to near Columbus, & the Domino’s location near me has been pretty good in most ways, but sometimes they just either do not care whatsoever about the food/customers, or they just need to replace some people to work there. I have told them a few times that what I paid for is NOTHING like the Domino’s experiences I’ve had before, and I’ve ordered it so many times. I know that they know how to make it, because they’ve done it well so many times, even at this location. It’s just that if I’m going to give them my money, I want it to be good every time, not a gamble. seems that they had an issue with this, although, they did issue me a credit a few times for the food I paid for (or used my points for) but the last couple times, they told me they would remake it, then they proceeded to be very rude and start to almost troll me over the phone. They proceeded to hang out multiple times so I had to keep calling back, and whoever was working there, started to say very immature things in the phone, despite how nice I was being about the whole situation. I was nice the entire time, I wasn’t rude at all, however, whoever was repetitively hanging up in trolling over the phone that night at Domino’s, proceeded to tell the manager that I cussed at them and they proceeded to banned me from ordering. I would love to place orders here again in the future, they honestly made the food really good a number of times, but them trolling over the phone, hanging up repetitively after they told me they’d give me my order replacement, and then lying to the manager in order to get me banned from ordering makes me really indecisive about if I want them to make my food again… I simply want to see what can be done about the situation, due to the monetary value of all of the orders I placed with them, and regarding the points on my account and future orders. Thank you
