I purchased an extractor kit from this company and it not fit the gun own. I asked them if the product fit my gun and the answer was yes. Well, it did not fit once I received the extractor kit, and returned it. They acknowledge receiving the kit but never returned my money. Purchased in Jan 2022 and returned in March 2022. I would like my $20 dollars back.Initial Complaint

Submitted order on required form via email, and order was confirmed via email on February 17th by ****. Credit card was charged in full on Feb. 20. Submitted an email query for order status on Feb. 27, but received no response. Submitted second query on Mar 13th. as no product has been received and no shipping info has been provided. Site provides phone number but only answered by machine that takes no messages.
