I canceled IGS as my electrical suppliers due to not being competitive. I received my normal bill that was due on April 7th in the amount of $88.00 for billing period Feb 19, 2022 to Mar 21, 2022. 558kwh was used and charged for. The $88.00 was paid as normal and IGS Energy received the ACH payment on April 7th, the due date. I then received another bill from IGS Energy on April 7th, 2022 for the amount of $86.64 for the same billing period Feb 19, 2022 to Mar 21, 2022 and 558kwh was used and charged for the same as the previous bill paid for on the 7th of April. This new bill was printed on April 7th, the due date of the first bill and payment is due on April 21st, 2022. I was told during a call on April 7th to IGS Energy customer service is that they had not received payment that’s why the new bill was sent out. I find it strange that now that I deceived to cancel my service that IGS Energy billing is now screwed up and IGS Energy does not want to help. Based on this I warned anyone thinking about using IGS Energy.

      Good Afternoon,

As you can see the bills are sent by the utility company.  Payments can take a few days to post.  IGS shows the payment posted on 4-7-2022. As of today IGS is not showing a balance due.

      Thank you,

I just realized that my gas supplier is no longer Columbia Gas. I did not talk to any representative in person or over the phone to make the switch to IGS. IGS sent me a copy of the authorization form, but that is not my signature. My signature was forged.

My father who was 78 years old who recently past away in December . Was sold solar panels for his home. He was told that he would save money on his electric bills . For one this was not the case . He tried several times to have this dismissed but at no prevail he could not get through . He was being billed from **** ****** ***** and for the solar panels . Since my fathers passing us kids need to sell his property . The problem that is horrible is that we have to either find a buyer to take over the solar contract or pay 71k Plus . On top of that they conned him into putting another roof on his house to install the solar panels . He was never told that the beneficiary of his estate meaning his children would be responsible for this solar contract .On top of everything with this company . The solar system does not work properly . The whole house surges from power failure . All the lights dim fans almost shut off Its not correct and i have tried multiple times for them to come out and fix the problem. there again i have tried several times to contact them and still no answer . How can a company do this to the beneficiary's when the beneficiary's knew nothing or were not even involved with this transaction . CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME ?

I received my gas bill and saw IGS energy on it . I did not give my permission to anybody to sign me up to this service and I don t want any of accounts to by connected to this company. I called today to cancel my membership and when I told the teller that I do not want any of their services ever with all my accounts he lost his mind and started shouting at me. Their phone number is tricky, if you push number 2 to cancel the membership you will never get hold of nobody which is done purposely that way. If you push nuber 1 to join their membership they will pick up the phone immediately and the surprise is when they find out that you are calling to cancel and not to join. You will not be welcomed and they will try to illude you and tell you that the membership is cancelled. This is not a fair and honnest way to drag consumers into something they did not agree to or know about. Even if this done by the community, each consumer has the right to be consulted and has to agree to it before signing him up into this scam. Not for gas and not for electric . No more .        Good Morning,

The account in question came to IGS via the City's opt out aggregation plan.  If a customer does not opt-out they are enrolled with the supplier of choice.  IGS did process a cancellation per the customer request.

      Thank you,

There is a second line item on my Dominion Bill which shows a company that I have NOT contracted with, or requested service from, called IGS Energy. My typical Dominion bill is about $36/month. The current bill due is $188.30. That's a 190% increase!!! I have never asked for this company to service my apartment. ******** **** * * **** **** ****
