I Heart Real Estate LLC is a traditional real estate brokerage and we do not manage real estate rentals for clients. Based on your comments, I presume that this is related to I Heart Real Estate ******************* (IHREPM)? IHREPM is an affiliated, but separate company. Please note that when a real estate firm represents landlords (property owners), they have fiduciary duties to represent lawful instructions of the interests of the landlord/property owner. Terrible company to rent/lease from, we rented for 3 yrs and this company will nickel and dime you on the way out down to charging per oil stain in the driveway or each nail hole,floors, paint, carpet, pretty much try to charge you to get the house ready for next tenants as if there will be no wear and tear, the oil stains probably came from the 15 different "inspectors" that came every 3 months to do a check and take pictures of everything and never mentioned any issues, actually they would normally tell us we keep our place nicer than any others. This company recently changed names for I can only imagine what reasons smh this is just a heads up to anyone trying to deal with this leasing agency. This place will overcharge you for rent and leave you to fend for yourself without notification! Our rent just keeps growing and we were paying for pest control ever since w removed in. This horrible company took over where w e live, we have tons of spiders and the mice start moving in around this time so we would get the home treated about twice a year. Now this company says “you are responsible for paying out of pocket to have your home treated”!!!! We just renewed our lease I want to move out. I am a nurse and I hurt my back so I haven’t been working and we’re already struggling to make ends meet and now this god forsaken company doesn’t want to treat our home! I apologize for the poor experience with that company and can ensure that this will be escalated to the appropriate staff members who can promptly and properly address your concerns. Although IHRE and IHREPM are separate companies, I will make every effort to escalate this and ask for an expedited response. If you have any concerns whatsoever you can contact me directly. After communicating with IHREPM to escalate the concerns, I wanted to add some additional context. I Heart Real Estate Property Management manages assets on behalf of owners/landlords and is only authorized to support the terms of the lease negotiated directly with the landlord/owner. I apologize if there has been any misunderstanding regarding tenant/landlord responsibilities.
