Beware of predatory membership practices. It seemed like a great deal to get a one month membership only to discover that, apparently in the fine print, I was actually signing up for a one year membership billed monthly. When I reached out to them I was told repeatedly that I was in a binding contact and they were completely unwilling to work with me even though it was an honest mistake. They would rather lose me as a customer forever than lose $300. I even offered to pay the difference between a single entry and a one month membership since I only visited once. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced.Initial Complaint

I have had a membership to urban air for 14 months. The membership agreement states I need to cancel it online at urbanairmemberships.com and when I go to this link there is no option to cancel my membership. This company claims it is easy to cancel after 12 months when in fact there is no way to cancel your membership at all.
