Order #**** placed Oct 31, 2022 I paid $135 for a customized full-zip hoodie I made all of my customizations, paid and submitted my order. I received an email on Nov 2nd to approve their proof and let them know "if there are any changes needed to make it perfect"(their words) and there were. We emailed back and forth and surprisingly I received responses within minutes. The final proof was accepted on Nov 3rd and the order went to production. I never received a notice that it was shipped so I inquired about it on Nov 15th. I was told that it was shipped days earlier but the tracking number provided said the item was just picked up from the office that day. My item finally arrived Fri Nov 18th. It was bulging out of a overstuffed USPS Priority Mail envelope, pinching pennies I guess. The hoodie looked like the first proof and not the agreed upon "perfect" final proof. My main complaint is the embroidery on the sleeve was the worst! If you don't know what it's supposed to say, you can't read it. Every stitch is connected to each other, spaces included. I also requested that the bottom lettering on the back be smaller than the lettering at the top. That wasn't done either. I emailed them my complaint with photos for reference on Nov 20th and didn't receive a response. I requested a response again on Dec 6th, it's January 2023 and I still haven't heard anything. Needless to say that CGS hasn't tried to resolve the problem. I still would like to receive what I paid for and the perfection they promised but at this point I'm counting is as a loss and definitely won't be referring anyone else to this business. Receiving anything from this company would be a blessing. I should've come here first. smh I did receive my package so I guess I fared better than some others.Initial Complaint

8/26/21 I paid $226.00 for two custom jackets. After they sent me examples of what the jackets were supposed to look like I authorized them to create them and ship them. They have still not been shipped to my knowledge (2/17/22) and they keep telling me there's a shipping delay or they are "getting right on it" I would either like my jackets or to be reimbursed if they can't make them.
