I sent a dirtbike shock to Bob and he received it on February 22nd. Bob looked over the shock and said it was salvageable! Originally bob told me it would only be a couple of days, but claims that parts needed to be ordered and would set back the project a couple more days. At this point everything is completely fine communication is great, he then ask for payment which is what we agreed on when he recieved and diagnosed the shock! I pay him the agreed price! And that’s when things changed! He has quit texting answering phone calls, both shop and personal. It is now May 3rd and the last message recieved stated from bob on March 20th. “How about not send me junk, you’re the one that wanted the spring nut, that is out of my hands, I’ve had this shock done a month ago, I can’t call everyday I’m not your girlfriend!” Since then I have told bob multiple times to send me my parts back finished or not! As of May 3rd I still have not recieved parts or any sort of communication! I paid $250 for bobs work and am out a $1,000 dollar shock.
